摘要

During a highly competitive Robocon season, robotics teams face intense cognitive fatigue and stress. This paper explores an unconventional mechanism for enhancing team productivity and cohesion: the collaborative investigation of a single team member's concurrent romantic relationships. Over a one-year period, we tracked the relationship status of our second author, Wentao Zheng, alongside the overall productivity metrics of the remaining EdUHK Robotics Team members. We argue that the team's collective effort to uncover Zheng's "hidden" partners functioned as a complex decryption game, providing necessary cognitive breaks, stimulating logical reasoning, and fostering unprecedented team cohesion. Our findings indicate a strong positive correlation between the number of Zheng's concurrent relationships and the engineering output of his peers.
